Whether you’re looking for a drop-off or full-service BBQ dinner for your party of 20-500, we can meet your needs with a variety of smoked meats, sausages, side dishes, and specialty items.

Savory ranch beans, coleslaw, signature cheesy potatoes, potato salad, Caesar salad

Screaming Pete’s amazing bacon-wrapped jalapenos, mac and cheese, corn bread (regular or savory), peach cobbler

Vegetarian options include the regular sides as well as stuffed Portobello mushrooms.

Screaming Pete’s BBQ is based in Escondido, CA – but we serve up all over the greater San Diego area, so whether you’re in San Marcos, Chula Vista, or anywhere in between, our catering will come to you! (Catering is also available outside of San Diego County, contact us for a custom quote.)

  • 1 meat (brisket) and 2 sides $13 per person

Screaming Pete will bring you to his smokehouse and teach you the secrets of the pros. Pete keeps the classes small: 2-5 people, so nobody gets stuck in the back. In just one day, you’ll learn everything from start to finish – from seasoning and trimming, all the way through slow-smoking the most tender, delicious meats you have ever served.

While the meat is smoking, you’ll learn how to make the perfect sides to accompany your meal – and you’ll get to enjoy sampling food all along the way.

One-day class covering everything you need to know

  • Brisket and Tri-tip trimming, seasoning and smoking
  • Pork Shoulder for competition or just good ol’ pulled pork
  • Ribs! Baby-back, St. Louis style, and beef ribs
